Meet the Chef

My name is Gareth Rhodes and my aim is bring to your tables well prepared and honestly cooked delicious meals you can enjoy with your family and friends at home, made from fresh, local, seasonal, natural ingredients.

My cooking style is varied, having worked for some amazing chefs during my time in London such as the likes of Zuma (Japanese), Zafferano's (Italian), Tom's Kitchen (British), La Petite Maison (French Mediterranean) and Coya (Peruvian).  For me it's about using my skills and knowledge to prepare a dish that is healthy, nutritious and tasty, showcasing our amazing Cotswold ingredients and produce.

 

I moved my family to the Cotswolds to head up Soho Farmhouse as Executive Chef in charge of all food outlets and it was during my time there, that I discovered the stunning produce that is available in this area, produced by a group of amazing people who have passion and pride for what they do.  You can taste that love and passion when you eat the dishes prepared using their ingredients.
